Acceptance and control of returns, processing of repair orders, creating credit notes, product refurbishment

FAQ

How can I apply to NBB?

The best way to apply is via the online application in the respective job advertisement. This has many advantages for you: you save on application costs, the application is completed in just a few clicks and it goes straight to the right contact person - so your application will be processed more quickly. You can also apply by e-mail to bewerbung@notebooksbilliger.de.

Which documents do I need for the application?

Basically, we need your current resume, a cover letter, job references and other certificates and qualifications as well as information about your salary expectations and your possible starting date. We may also need a copy of your current residence and work permit.

Can I also send an unsolicited application for jobs in customer service/RMA?

Basically, we recommend to have a look at our job exchange first, as there are concrete jobs to be filled there. An unsolicited application is also possible at any time.

Can I apply for a job in the RMA customer service department even if I do not have any professional experience?

This depends on the position to be filled and you can find the requirements in the respective job advertisement.

Does NBB offer student jobs and temporary jobs in the customer service/RMA?

We are regularly looking for temporary workers who are either flexible or work on fixed days. A look at our job exchange or an unsolicited application is worthwhile.
