Our "RMA" Teams
At our location in Potsdam, our approximately 60 colleagues are responsible for advising customers on their purchase decisions, assisting them in navigating through our store and processing orders. We support our customers via telephone (inbound only), mail, chat and on social media platforms and are divided into teams according to the contact channel. You will start with a comprehensive training, in which you will learn everything about our customer service and merchandise management. Step by step you will then independently take over the first customer inquiries. Which team you will join after your comprehensive training depends on your strengths and interests.
At our location in Sarstedt, our team colleagues take care of the receipt of returns, their control and assessment, up to the processing of possible workshop orders and credit note creation, dispatch processing and even product preparation on a daily basis. A large number of teams work here to be able to help our customers immediately in case of returns or defects. Your entry opportunities are therefore manifold in one of the following areas: shipping, receiving, shipment entry, assembly, refurbishment, claims processing, return of goods as well as teams that focus on communication with the different contact persons (debtors, creditors, B2B, carriers, etc.).
